1.Product Description
Guangzhou Qili Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. automatic box drum filter is mainly
composed of four parts: box assembly, drum assembly, backwash system, microelectronic control system,
and the flow rate of treated water can be customized according to the demand, which is made of high-quality
PP material. It adopts sieve mesh to separate the suspended matter in the water.
2.Working Principle
The water to be treated firstly enters into the buffer bin through the inlet of drum filter, and then enters
into the drum, the suspended matters in the water are retained by the stainless steel sieve mesh, and the
filtered water which does not contain more than 74μm suspended matters enters into the clear water bin, and
finally enters into the next equipment or returns to the aquaculture water body from the outlet of drum filter.
When the suspended matter in the drum accumulates to a certain amount, it will cause the water
permeability of the screen mesh to drop, resulting in the buffer zone water level rises, when the water level
rises to the upper limit of the liquid level meter; the liquid level automatic control system works, the
backwash pump and the drum motor is automatically turned on at the same time, the high-pressure water
flow output from the backwash pump through the drum filter's backwash nozzle to the rotating drum screen
for high-pressure cleaning, retained in the sieve screen suspended matter in the high-pressure water rinse
into the dirt collection tank through the high pressure water. The suspended matter on the screen mesh will
enter the sewage collection tank and be discharged through the sewage outlet under the high pressure water
flushing. When the screen is clean, the water permeability of the drum screen rises, the buffer zone water
level drops, when the water level drops to the lower limit of the liquid level meter, the backwash pump and
drum motor will automatically stop working, and the drum filter enters a new round of work cycle.
When the backwash system stops for more than 1 hour (the time can be set by the panel timer), the
backwash system automatically starts to clean the drum screen for 8-22 seconds to stop (to prevent
suspended solids from drying out on the screen, affecting the water permeability), and the system enters into
a waiting state. This forms a cycle. Cleaning time and waiting time can be adjusted according to individual
needs.

4.2.1 Press the "Power" button to turn the device on or off
4.2.2 Press the "Set" button, the "Washing Time" will flash, and you can adjust the flushing time by pressing
the "+" or "-" button.

5.2 Commissioning and instructions for use
5.2.1 Check the drum filter inlet and outlet water valves are still open, close the sewage valve.
5.2.2 Check the sealing condition of each pipeline.
5.2.3 Turn on the power and start the circulating water pump.
5.2.4 Adjust the inlet and outlet water valves of the drum filter, observe the water level and make the water level stable.

7.2 Warranty time and warranty coverage, after-sales service notes
The machine warranty period is one year, in the warranty period our company is responsible for all
free maintenance. After the warranty period or does not belong to the free maintenance within the scope of the project, our company will still provide services, depending on the failure of the charge.
One of the following events occurred even in the warranty period, also does not belong to the scope
of free maintenance:
a. Failure to operate the equipment in accordance with the operating instructions;
b. The equipment is used in violation of the relevant regulations and not in the prescribed manner;
c. The use of spare parts or parts not authorized by the manufacturer;
d. Misoperation;
e. Self-disassembly, repair or maintenance of the equipment without following the relevant
regulations.
